There are two entry points To the site and a third entry for the hotel only. There are 22 security checkpoints with an average security check time of 20 seconds per vehicle in order to reduce the overall queuing time upon entering the development.

    New York, USA


    One World Trade Center is the main bracing of the new World Trade Center under construction, expected to be completed in 2013, in Lower Manhattan in New York City, USA. The tower will be located in the northwest corner of the 16-acre (65,000 m²) World Trade Center site.

    Burj Khaifa has been designed to be the centre piece of a large scale, mixed use development that will include 30,000 homes, nine hotels such as: The Address, Downtown Dubai, 3 hectares (7.4 acres) of parks & at least 19 residential towers, Dubai Mall & the 12 hectare man-made Burj Khalifa Lake. Burj Khalifa known as Burj Dubai prior to its inauguration, is a skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates & the tallest man-made structure ever built, at 828 m (2,717 ft).

    La Defense is a major business district for the city of Paris. It is centered in an oval freeway loop straddling the Haute Seine department municipalities of Nanterre, Courbevoie & Puteaux. The district is at the westernmost extremity of Paris, 10 km long Historical Axis, which starts at the Louvre in Central Paris & continues along the Champs Elysees, well beyond the Arc de Triomphe before culminating at La Defense.

    Moscow international Business Center is a commercial district of central Moscow, Russia, located near the Third Ring Road in the Presidency District of western Moscow. The Moscow-City area is currently under development & The Moscow IBC is expected to become the first zone in Russia to combine business activity, living space & entertainment in one single development.

    The Shanghai World Financial Center is a super tall Skyscraper in Pudong, Shanghai, China. It is a mixed-use skyscraper which consists of offices, hotels, conference rooms, observation decks & shopping malls on the ground floors. Park Hyatt Shanghai is the hotel component containing 174 rooms & suites, occupying the 79th to the 93rd floors. It is the highest hotel in the world surpassing the Grand Hyatt Shanghai on the 53rd to 87th floors of the neighboring Jin Mao Tower.

    Egypt has the largest number of landmarks spread all over the country including the Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx, famous temples in Luxor & Aswan, the Citadel & finally the Cairo Tower. The most recent landmark was established in the early 60's. Since then, there was nothing created that reflects the development of modern Egypt, from here came the idea of creating Stone Towers, an iconic project with the highest international standards that might be considered Egypt's modern landmark.
