    Business Parks

A Business Park must succeed in catering for the needs of both small & large demand & must provide the right environment for a productive atmosphere. Since the strength of any business lies in its people, detailed attention must be paid to support all kinds of facilities within the location so as to create the proper work-life balance required.

Landmarks reveal much about the great cultures of the past, newer landmarks reveal our development through time. New or old, the great landmarks send messages written in stone. What they say will endure the ages & generations.

Originally, a landmark literally meant a geographic feature used by explorers & others to find their way back or go through an area. In modern usage a landmark includes anything that is easily recognizable such as a monument, building or any other structure.

The term landmark is used to designate places that might be of interest to tourists due to notable physical features or historical significance.
It has a special character, a special historical or aesthetic value as part of the development, heritage or cultural characteristics of the city, state or nation. It is important to designate & protect landmarks to stabilize & improve property values which enhances a city's attractions for tourists & inhabitants which in turn benefits businesses & industries. This leads to strengthening a city's economy through promoting the use of landmarks for educational purposes, leisure & recreation, along with the added value it presents the inhabitants of a certain city.
